Nice house with garden and pool near the town center

Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this beautiful two-storey house located in Calonge, in the heart of the Costa Brava. Set on a quiet, flat plot of 500 m², the property offers the perfect balance between comfort, privacy and proximity to the centre and local shops.

The house has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It has a TV with international channels, internet connection and a music player for your entertainment. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and filter coffee machine, ideal for those who enjoy cooking even on holiday.

The house can accommodate five people, distributed in two double bedrooms (one with a 150x190 cm double bed and the other with two 90x180 cm single beds) and one single bedroom with a 90x180 cm bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub on the ground floor and another with a shower, designed to offer comfort to all guests.

Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden (the trees may vary from the photos) and a fantastic 8x4 metre private swimming pool. There is also a portable barbecue and outdoor parking spaces within the property.

Air conditioning is available as an additional option for £50 per week, payable on arrival. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. If you wish, we can provide them for £12 per set of sheets and £8 per set of towels.

Pets are not allowed, nor are groups of young people under the age of 25.
