Welcome to Easy Brava, a real estate agency based in Calonge, Girona. Founded in 2006 by José-Luis Zamora Ortuño, Michel Paschoud and Núria Zamora, the company started in Sant Antoni de Calonge. Since then, it has evolved and grown thanks to the efforts of a highly qualified team committed to offering a quality service to its clients.
In 2007, José-Luis' daughter and son-in-law joined the team, bringing their experience in finance and marketing, which allowed Easy Brava to consolidate its position in the market. In 2009, Michel Paschoud took the reins of the company and developed a high quality seasonal rental service in the midst of the real estate crisis, allowing the company to stand out in a difficult time in the real estate market.
In 2013, Easy Brava began a new phase of growth thanks to the exclusive collaboration with the technical architect Jaume Noguer Gómez in Palamós and the opening of a new office in Calonge. That same year, Monica Wyneken joined the team to take over the administrative and accounting coordination, as well as the holiday rentals department. In 2015, Alicia Riba joined the team to reinforce the follow-up of buyer clients.
In 2016, Easy Brava became a founding member of Apialia Costa Brava, the API commercial grouping that allows sellers to benefit from the commercial strength of the entire grouping with a single interlocutor. In 2017, the director of Easy Brava followed the CRS training imported from the United States, which enabled him to implement a new sales system that was much more efficient than the one used until then. In 2018, Easy Brava made a strategic decision to close the Sant Antoni agency and reunite the team in Calonge. This change of direction has allowed the company to focus on its objectives and its commitment to its customers.
In 2022, Easy Brava became part of Keller Williams, the largest real estate company in the world, present in 54 countries, with more than 1,000 Market Centres and more than 200,000 agents.
The Easy Brava team and locations remained the same, but with the advantage that clients have been able to benefit from the focus, innovation and globality of the Keller Williams group. With this addition, the Easy Brava team looked to an even brighter future, allowing them to further develop the entire range of products, services and new partners.
Hi, I'm Michel Paschoud, a real estate agent by love. I started in the sector in 2007, when I came to Catalonia with my wonderful wife and our one year old son, to start a new life. The first times were difficult due to the crisis, but I took advantage of these years to develop my knowledge and try all kinds of sales strategies.
Today, after so many years in the sector, with the CRS designation (residential real estate specialist), and being one of the few Realtors in the province, I can say that I have achieved my goal: to be an efficient real estate agent for my clients. My way of working allows me to close sales in 80% of the cases and always looking after the interests of my clients.
Monica Wyneken Robert
I am an economist, oriented to the real estate sector for 9 years and I am in charge of the administrative tasks of the team. Previously, I worked in the banking sector for 15 years, which gives me a broad vision of the buying and selling process.
My objectives are based on helping owners to promote their property as much as possible in order to attract advantageous offers through different marketing techniques, to evaluate the wishes and economic capacities of the buying clients in order to give the appropriate suggestions and find the property they want and need, and to accompany and advise them in this very important process of life. Currently, I am also in charge of the management of reservations and holiday rentals.
I studied tourism because I have always enjoyed dealing directly with people. After working for several years in the tourism sector, I decided to change direction and dedicate myself to the real estate sector and discovered a new vocation in myself. My focus is to help owners maximise the promotion of their property and attract advantageous offers through various marketing techniques.
I also assess the needs and financial capabilities of buyer clients to offer appropriate suggestions and find the home that best suits their needs. In addition to my work in real estate, I enjoy contact with nature and animals, as well as travelling and spending time with my family. The energy and enthusiasm I get from these activities help me to face daily challenges with enthusiasm and energy.
