The house on Ripolles Street 32, town of Calonge, was built in 1972 in the Catalan rustic style. Before the reform, it did not differ much from the other houses on the hill.
From the street, you can only see the garage. The rest of the house and the garden are hidden from view by a perimeter wall. To get to the entrance door, you go down a staircase and you arrive first at the summer kitchen space, with barbecue, pike and bar to take the appetizer while the sausages are being made. At the back there is a very practical storage room to store the tools of the garden.
Built on a plot of 432 m2, the house is distributed in 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with shower, a study with separate entrance and shower room, and a large space with kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace that gives a covered terrace.
The outdoor space consists of a garden of ideal size, enough to build a pool and have some plants, but not to have to spend all weekends working on maintenance.
The house has been for the most part renovated in a modern style. All the carpentry is double glazed and aluminum, the natural gas heating, the whole roof is new, as well as the electrical installation and the pipes.
